ANOTHER LOOK AT THIS UNIQUE LOW BED TRAILER

Friends I just happened to come across a unique trailer for carrying over dimension cargo especially

FROM OUR STABLE.... THE GOOSE NECK

I am glad to announce that we have now manufactured our first 52' x 10' triple axle  Low bed trailer used for carrying cargo up to 70.00 Metric Tons.  The factor of safety considered for this trailer is 1.5 times its capacity

A strong Goose neck having a beam cross section of 480 mm at its maximum and a minimum of 300 mm over the rubbing plate which is adequately supported by a strong frame work of channels and beams.  

This ensures that a safe load transfer from the semi trailer to the tyres and also offers resistance to the reactions of the primer mover when it is towing this sturdy frame work in loaded conditions.  The longitudinal beams are adequately designed to take point loads apart from impact loads which the semi trailers are bound to be subjected to as a result of operating conditions.

Now the next challenge that  follows is the setting up  of the manufacturing process for the vehicles to be manufactured  at Salalah.

Connections matter……

 

Dear friends,

I am glad to inform all my associates, team members, vendors, ancillary supports, well wishers and last but not the least our clients  because of whom  this movement called “Belco” is alive and kicking.

We are at a threshold of a change.  This partnership firm called Belco Engineers, has stood the test of time for the past quarter of a century through major recessions, this firm has borne the brunt of all difficulties alike.

The beginning of this accounting year has brought with it scores of opportunities joint ventures and also new amalgamation.

As I write this small article on the positive developments expected this year ……. here is one of the positive thing that has already been converted from a figment of someone’s thoughts and ideas which has crystallised into the following joint venture.  I think the following picture should speak for itself...

Yes this joint venture has amalgamated with M/s Belco Engineers manufacturing “Tranztar” range of trailers a brand of M/s AMW at Panvel, Maharashtra

So we have now gradually walked our way into a zone where there is more pride  and less competition.

So I wish my team….like I always do….. “Best of luck to the  others”………………… We believe in hard work  and that is why luck always  favours us.
